5 New Crankshaft Pulleys from our September NTR Release You Need to Know About
This September, our market-leading Crankshaft Pulley range grew with 12 new parts. We are proud to be continually growing our specialist ranges but we know what matters is know why a part is important. It’s important to know what vehicles they fit, why they fail and why it’s necessary to have stocked before a customer asks.
So here are five of our NTR crankshaft pulley we think are worth knowing in detail –
1. GT1314605 – Crankshaft Pulley for Ford Transit Custom V362 (Euro 6, 2019 -)
OE – KK2Q-6B319-AA
The Transit Custom needs no introduction, it’s one of the most common commercial vehicles on UK roads. On sale since 2019, it’s now moving into the age and mileage bracket where TVDs start to show their age. For a van this heavily used in daily commercial service, Crankshaft Pulley failure will become a regular occurrence. With the sheer number of Transit Custom on the road this is a strong part to have ready to stock.
2. GT1304609K – Crankshaft Pulley for BMW 3 Series (B48B20 Engine, 2014 – 2019)
OE – 11238638446
A strong opportunity for BMW-focused customers. The B48B20 is BMW’s widely used 2.0 litre petrol engine, sitting right in the age bracket where damper wear becomes a real service point.
3. GT1304623K – Crankshaft Pulley for BMW 1/2/3/4 Series (1.5 B38B15A Engine, 2018 – 2021)
OE – 11232393068
Four model lines with one engine. BMW’s 1.5 litre B38B15A spans the 1, 2, 3 and 4 series facelift range, which means this one part covers a wide spread of vehicles. Paired with the GT1304609K, these two additions give a really strong position to serve BMW vehicles.
4. GT1340621K – Crankshaft Pulley for PSA 1.5 BlueHDi DV5

This 1.5 litre diesel is one of the most widely fitted small engine in Europe – found across Citroen, DS, Fiat, Ford, Peugeot, Toyota and Vauxhall model ranges from 2017 onwards. Any garage servicing light commercial diesels are servicing this engine.
This engine’s timing chain and camshaft carrier are already very well known service points. GT1340621K covers the same engine and pairs perfectly with our DV5 Cam Carrier kit, GT3840001. A workshop already booked in for timing work on this engine can now have the damper covered in the same order, no separate sourcing required.
5. GT1345626K – Crankshaft Pulley for Renault Trafic (M9R 2.0 dCi, 2019 -)

The Trafic MK III is a mainstay of UK light commercial fleets and the M9R is a genuinely popular engine within that range. Like the Transit Custom, 2019-plated vans are now hitting the mileage where damper wear starts to surface. This one also comes with a proven track record; GT1345626K is the next generation successor to two of our already strong-selling pulleys, GT1345524 and GT1345054.
