The Importance of Kits...

Although the timing chain system is made up of components that can be replaced individually, it is highly recommended to replace all of the components at the same time, ensuring all parts are in the same condition. This is why our components are sold together as Timing Chain Kits, either with or without VVTs and additional Gears.

Guides

Made from high-quality Nylon sourced from Germany and Japan, our guides are highly temperature and wear resistant. They are rigorously tested at both high and low temperatures to ensure consistent quality for performance and endurance. This guarantees reliability in the most demanding conditions and applications.

Chains

Manufactured from high-quality Steel, our timing chains are designed, developed and tested to be at least equivalent quality and performance to OE parts. Excellent fatigue and elongation resistance and production line automation, ensuring 99.9% tolerance and pin point accuracy. Our Chains are made with longevity in mind.

Sprockets

Camshaft, crankshaft and oil pump sprockets are supplied with most of our timing chain kits. Precision moulding and advanced power metallurgy comes together with machine forging and CNC finishing to a high tolerance threshold contributing to our Sprockets high density and strength with advanced wear resistance. 

Tensioners

Heat treated and controlled materials ensure hardness and high wear resistance. All Tensioners are put through rigorous spring fatigue testing to guarantee high tensions and a tension damping force matching OE. Closely designed with guide rails for precision and long-lasting tension our Tensioners are built to last.

Phasers

100% tolerance and performance testing on finished parts, combined with over a decades worth of R&D and production experience, means our Phasers are developed to be at least 1:1 to the original, meeting and surpassing OE design. With more than 200 development VVT references being combined with our expanding TCK range we have a phaser for most applications.
