GT Automotive launches rotating electrics range

Specialist engine parts supplier, GT Automotive, has brought a brand new range of rotating electrics to the independent automotive aftermarket.

After acquiring a wealth of experience working alongside an OE manufacturer of starters and alternators supplying to Hyundai and Mitsubishi, along with many commercial vehicle manufacturers, GT Automotive is confident that the new range is of the highest quality for UK customers.

With nearly 1000 part numbers overall, the rotating electrics range covers a broad section of the passenger car parc, along with many commercial, agricultural and marine applications.

All parts are manufactured in a factory producing products for a variety of OEMs, validating the quality of GT Automotive’s starters and alternators. The factory has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and consistently looks to expand and develop its manufacturing and testing capabilities to ensure it can always offer exceptional quality.

Oliver Croxson, GT Automotive sales director, said: “While the rotating electrics industry is strong, with the ever-changing demands on electrical automotive parts, we feel there is definitely room in the UK market for a highly experienced, forward-thinking OE manufacturer committed to developing and manufacturing new products to extremely high standards.

“We also offer an expansive range of quality marine starters and alternators, which is a growing specialist market that we feel we can capitalise on.

“When it comes to alternators and starter motors, quality is essential. Lower standards can result in long-term costs for the customer, whereas OE quality products offer the assurance with the traceability to a reputable factory.”

Customers can also benefit from an extensive catalogue with individual information sheets on each product in a PDF format.
