GT Automotive has partnered with renowned FORD Q1 cooling component manufacturer Kale to bring a fantastic range of cooling components to the UK market, including radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and heater cores.

With a fully equipped test facility and an OEM validated self-product evaluation system in place, our cooling components are amongst the best quality in Europe.

With a huge production capability (over 4 million products annually) our range is expansive and lead times are short, as we have the ability to produce small and large batches depending on the market demands.

The excellent design and development capability of our R&D department enables us to produce bespoke products for our customers from samples, so even if we do not have what you need in production at present, we are able to work on special customer projects and can take on new OEM products. Design & Development Capability

• CAD SYSTEMS: Product design and development is carried out by using CAD systems such as Catia 4.2.1 Cax, Catia V5, UGI, I-Deas MS 6A and AutoCAD
• IN-HOUSE TOOLING: Our CAM System is linked to the CNC machines and equipment for in-house tool production
• TEST & APPROVAL: In-house laboratory tests are conducted through all stages from prototype to mass production prior to final approval
• MANUFACTURING: Modern production lines are utilized in manufacturing to attain OE quality product standards
• INNOVATION: Products and manufacturing processes are under constant improvement and development for higher production productivity and lower costs of manufacturer, maintaining excellent products at a competitive price for our customers
